Maintenance Handyman/woman

**About the role**:

- Reporting to the Community Manager, this is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday 7-3pm
- You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
- Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
- Please note - this is not a gardening role.

**About you**:

- Experience in building, plumbing or electrical maintenance (highly desired)
- Experience in low, medium or high-rise building apartment maintenance (desired, but not essential)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you for free)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current COVID Vaccinations
