**Your new role**
- Lead the development of the full range of technical business analysis deliverables including requirements, specifications, and design, to successfully execute business focused ICT projects and programs with an emphasis on optimising value and performance.
- Negotiate with, influence, establish and maintain effective relationships at multiple levels within Enterprise Technology, DTP and Victorian Government to deliver technical business analysis services in a highly collaborative and trusted manner.
- Collaborate closely with testing team, system suppliers, service integrator, and technical stakeholders for successful testing, traceability and defect resolution of technical defects.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Mandatory
- Previous experience in gathering and analysis of technology requirements of complex ICT systems and integrations.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules like performance management, learning, Talent and Succession and Workforce force Analytics.
- Knowledge of common integration technologies, patterns and protocols.

Desirable
- Knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework, Information Security Manual and Information Value Assessment process.
