Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and dynamic Barista and Wait Staff to join our talented and dedicated team at Castle Hill RSL on a casual basis. We provide great opportunities and career progression.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
- Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
- Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
- Provide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guests
- Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management

- 1 years’ experience in a similar role is ideal
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
