**My Gateway **has a great opportunity for a business administration trainee with a well known building company

As part of this traineeship you will gain **a Certificate III in Business Administration. **You will also learn valuable skills and experience all while getting paid

Our client, Hotondo Homes, has an office based at Macarthur Square, near Campbelltown. They are **one of Australia's leading network of professional builders offering the perfect solution for new home buyers**.

At the beginning of this traineeship you will be working in the office until you get an understanding of the role, and then there will be the opportunity to work from home one day per week and be set up with a company laptop and phone.

**Duties include**:

- Assisting in the Accounts Dept.
- Lots of involvement with the contractors working on the builds.
- Offering a high level of customer service to new clients and you will assist in the process from start to finish of their new home.
- You will also be involved in making appointments for colour selections, kitchen / bathroom appointments etc.
- You will build and meet a good relationship with all suppliers that make the homes come together.
- You will also be taken out onto site with the supervisors on occasions so you can see your work and the houses you are helping to build come to life.
- Must be ready to learn a lot and be involved in all aspects of the new home building departments.
- Looking for a motivated person.
- Driver's licence is not essential as long as you are able to get to and from work.

There is lots of room to advance in this business after the traineeship is completed.
