DELIVERY DRIVER / WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Our client based in Warriewood is looking for a reliable delivery driver to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday to start as soon as possible.

This is a fast paced role delivering to around 20 customer per day (driving in and around Sydney), to do this role, you will need to physically fit and able to load and unload boxes and bulky items that could be weigh up to 25kg.

Daily duties include pick and packing orders, loading your delivery van in the mornings and delivering products to customers whilst ensuring the goods are packed correctly and delivered to the correct customers, maintaining accurate delivery documentation.

Whilst the work is fast paced, you will gain product experience with opportunity to grow within this role.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate an excellent customer service record, demonstrating a flexible, friendly personality as well as hold excellent driving records.

Some days you will be required to assist the warehouse with pick and packing orders, serving customers and assisting management with any duties they require.

**Responsibilities**:

- Multi drop deliveries of products to customers
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Heavy lifting will be required.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Assisting in warehouse duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Current NSW driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- The ability and experience to maintain delivery documentation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Well presented
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Live in the northern beaches/north shore area
- Can lift up to 25Kg
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
