Batch Plant Foreperson

You will assume responsibility in verifying quality asphalt is within specification whilst coordinating raw materials and stock management. The other complimentary half of this role is running the asphalt production plant and allocating trucks daily.

**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated ability in stock control and raw material deliveries
- Previous exposer to operating a batch plant (asphalt, concrete or similar)
- The ability to operate in a busy environment with competing priorities
- Experience in managing a small team and drive process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and systems with the ability to identify hazards to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and visitors
