**Medina Manor** is conveniently located in Thornbury within the heart of Melbourne's North. Medina Manor is recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with Dementia and provides an enabling environment that focuses on person centred care, that is unique to each person’s individual needs and preferences.

**About the Opportunity**
As the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care.
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents
- Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans
- Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents
- Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Allity policies and procedures
- Actively supervising, training and mentoring all RNs and PCAs

**About You**
- Experience as a Manager/Coordinator within aged care
- Knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
- Commitment to delivering high quality care
- Solid leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**_ The _**_Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen._**
