**What do we need you to do?**

You’ll be responsible for enhancing our clients unique physical, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing through meaningful lifestyle and wellbeing programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Facilitate quality, timely and effective lifestyle programs in collaboration with care team that reflects the unique needs of each client.
- You’ll facilitate, plan and deliver leisure and lifestyle programs that makes the most of individuals abilities and choices.
- You’ll review the appropriateness of the lifestyle programs and make effective use of our electronic management systems.

**What do we need you to bring?**
- Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a good insight into the health, social or age care industries with an expert understanding of what creates a meaningful engagement for clients.
- Know-how of contemporary lifestyle assessment and program planning processes
- Degree qualified (Certificate 4 Leisure and Lifestyle and/or tertiary qualification in Diversional Therapy, social sciences or a related field)
