We are looking for a Heavy Rigid Driver (Manual Tray Truck 9 Speed ISUZU 2004) to join our team to carry out pickups and deliveries, this will include Local driving. Working with General Freight as a proven HR driver and drawing on your sound knowledge of WHS both in the workplace and on the road, this role is suited to someone who has sound geographical knowledge and who takes pride in their work always considering the customer's and company’s needs. To be successful in this role you will: To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following, - HR licence (CONDITION B) - Excellent communication skills - Excellent driving history - Excellent customer service skills - A "can do" attitude Load Restraint White card is helpful. Manual loading may include sometimes, most jobs are fork on/fork off. Pallet work involved, Pipes, Metal to be carried as freight. Ad-hoc work Start from your home address and finish at home, 10 hours paid minimum but must show up to work. Training and induction will be provided. Mostly 10-12 hours work each day Monday to Friday 6am-6pm availability required. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: From $330.00 per day Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - No weekends Licence/Certification: - Driver Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: On the road
