Our North Capel site is in the beautiful South West of WA, located approximately 15 kilometres south of Bunbury and 5 kilometres from the Capel township. Enjoy the enviable coastal lifestyle of living in the South West, while also being home every night.
About the role
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Logistics Analyst to join the team.
This role reports directly to the Processing Manager. You will be responsible for providing logístical support for all shipping and transport activities for our North Capel Operations to ensure all areas are operating as efficiently as possible.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Primary accountability for the Activated Carbon logistics process from bagging station to ship- Coordination of secondary product transport and storage contractors- Management of documentation and invoicing for Shipping and Transport activities- Undertaking investigations in order to address non-compliance and optimise Logistics process- Assisting with and providing backfill for the production accounting function and primary products logistics where required- Ensuring Iluka meets all relevant regulatory requirements- Ensuring all quality and volume requirements are met
About you- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related discipline, or significant industry experience in a logistics management role- Demonstrated similar experience- Excellent spreadsheet skills- Prior experience with SAP or similar production accounting and /or stock management systems- Experienced in problem solving, analysis and time management
