Gymnastics Coach

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging gymnastics programs for one or all levels (Kindergym, Recreational, and Levels 1-4).
- Conduct regular term classes and holiday camps according to the school calendar.
- Create a positive, motivating, and safe environment for students.
- Assess and track each athlete's progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training approach.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant coaching experience in WAG and/or Rhythmic Gymnastics.
- Demonstrated ability to coach different Levels.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
- Experience working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Current First Aid, CPR and WWC certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a school environment.
- Additional certifications in gymnastics coaching or child development.
