As the HR Administrator, you’ll play the crucial role of trusted advisor and people process expert to HBF as part of the HR Operations Team. Based in our CBD office, you will provide HR generalist support to HBF people leaders and employees, ensuring that they are supported efficiently with customer focused service. On a day-to-day basis your key responsibilities will include;
- Managing the HR inbox, employee files and employee queries in line with our internal processes
- Processing employment changes and updates in our HRIS
- Providing advice on industrial relations matters with support from our HR Advisors
- Supporting and coordinating various projects and improvements within People & Corporate Affairs Team
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding on an ad hoc basis

**About You**
You are a s confident communicator with string influencing skills which you use to ensure you provide timely and up to date information to support to leaders and employees.

You have a keen attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving skills that assist you in creating and updating employee documents accurately while proactively seeking solutions and efficiencies.

**Experience**
You may be early in your HR career or a recent graduate who is eager to learn within an experienced team or have several years’ experience in a similar role and be ready to hit to the ground running.
- Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations qualification or progression towards
- Previous experience in a supporting role within a HR function
- Approachable and collaborative team player with strong customer service skills
