Woodville High School was established in 1915 and celebrates over 109 years of providing education. Located in St Clair the school is surrounded by immaculately preserved grounds and proud historical buildings together with newly developed Learning Hub, Performing Arts, STEM and St Clair Recreation Centre and Frank Schirripa Food Tecnology and Horticulture Garden.

We are seeking a Grounds person to join our innovative and engaging team, responsible for effective and efficient day to day management and maintenance of the school grounds and school facilities.

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in minor building, facilities and plumbing, maintenance and repairs.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, discretion and judgement in achieving clearly defined outcomes and being able to communicate positively and effectively face to face and electronically with school staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully as a team member and function autonomously with a high degree of initiative.
- Experience in the use of power, mechanical and non-mechanical equipment including yard blowers, ride on mowers, irrigation, lighting, power tools, brush cutter/line trimmer and various hand-held tools.
