**About the Role**:

- You will drive projects by identifying current operating procedures and clarifying program objectives. Moreover you will provides solutions to projects with a keen sense of creativity.
- On a daily basis you will direct development teams to achieve optimal performance. Lead/coordinate development activities, solution elaboration, and implementation process. You will coordinate with DBA in creating stored procedures, functions and table designs.

**About You**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience related to this role requirement
- 5+ years OOP Language experience (C# is appreciated) with Latest frameworks awareness
- 2+ years of experience in leading a development team
- Rest API design and development
- An experienced back-end engineer
- Experienced in writing clean code
- Experienced in writing Unit Tests and building good code coverage (TDD/BDD appreciated)
- Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle e.g. Agile
- Ownership of project delivery
- Willing to work in (pick up) other programming languages and technology frameworks where appropriate. In particular PHP and Python.
- Curiosity with all things technology and how they can be applied to solve real world problems
