We are looking for driven, ambitious individuals who have a passion for taxation and are looking for diverse and challenging work, with the opportunity to specialise.

This is a role that will have you diving into complex tax issues which require detailed research and reference to tax legislation, no two days will look the same - and that's why you'll love it

You will be joining a team of high performing and highly skilled individuals with both accounting and legal backgrounds, in a role focused on mid-market privately owned businesses. The role will also present opportunities to work with in-bound and out-bound international clients.

This role would suit someone currently in a tax focused role with a desire to increase their advisory style work and accelerate their tax career.

- Ability to work directly with leading tax professionals

- CGT (such as the small business CGT concessions)
- Structuring and restructuring of businesses and investments
- Business acquisitions and disposals
- Property transactions
- Division 7A
- Taxation of trusts
- Tax planning and tax risk management.

Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 3+ years Australian experience and be qualified as a Chartered Accountant or admitted as a Solicitor.
