Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their highly respected and supportive team as a
**Leasing Consultant**.

Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We are more interested in motivated, enthusiastic and driven individuals.

**The Role**:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will provide support to our greater property management team and will be an integral part of our organisation.

**Your duties will include**
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
- A valid driver’s license.
