Maxima’s Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance operator for our clients within Local Government based in Adelaide, South Australia.

The Team Member Civil Maintenance is responsible to work collaboratively to perform civil works that are compliant with maintenance and construction service standards, while having a commitment to workplace and public safety. The Team Member Civil Maintenance will be required to perform a broad range of civil maintenance and construction works on council owned assets (i.e., roads, paving, underground and open drainage, and general concrete structures). The casual positions come with Fulltime hours. Monday to Friday 9day fortnight for the right applicants.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum MR Truck Licence (Essential)
- Skid Steer Licence and Experience (Desirable)
- Excavator/Loader Licence and Experience (Desirable)
- Backhoe Licence and Experience (Desirable)

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Civil Construction or Equivalent.
- Work Zone Traffic Management (Desirable)
- White Card (Essential)
- C Class Drivers Licence

You will have the ability to operate a variety of Heavy Machinery and handheld motorised tools. You will have effective communication skills when liaising with customers, suppliers, and work colleagues. You will have desirable experience with plant equipment associated with civil construction, and civil maintenance.
