Support Planning and Management Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Support Planning and Management Specialist to support Classic Hornet Sustainment Services program. The role is based in Williamtown.
This would be a prime opportunity for a developing Project Manager to diversify their experience in Project Management on a program that is drawing down, before returning to their substantive role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with various members of the project leadership team, as well as various stakeholders to develop and maintain project reports, key milestones of projects and oversee progress to make sure all goals are met on time;
- Multi-tasking and coordinating multiple aspects of projects whilst making sure critical information is shared;
- Assist with outlining work plans and assigning tasks, responsibilities, and scopes of authority, whilst ensuring documentation is of a high standard;
- As part of a multi-skilled team, provide general support to ensure a successful Withdrawal/Phase Out of the Classic Hornet program;
- Provide some degree of redundancy for the Withdrawal Lead where required.
Experience/Qualifications
- Understanding of Project Management discipline highly desirable;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, communicate with stakeholders;
- Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office range;
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral;
- Experience in risk management and/or change management;
