We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Receptionist to join our Client Relationships Team at our psychology practice.

We have **Part-Time**positions commencing in February (1. permanent on-going in Belmont, 2. parenting leave role in Werribee)**
This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

**About the Roles**
This role is focused on providing high level reception and administration support to clinicians and clients.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in an allied health, medical, or general practice reception.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic demeanour.
- Proficiency in allied health/medical practice software and cloud-based systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to the needs of the clinic.
