We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Associate to join our team Reporting to the National Payroll & Compliance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and in line with agreed payment dates. You will provide payroll advice and guidance and support other team members along with internal and external customers ensuring the team meet the delivery of timely and accurate payment of remuneration and benefits.

This role will be based out of our Edinburgh Parks location in Adelaide.

**Key**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, minimising discrepancies and maximising efficiency.
- Offer expert payroll advice and support to employees, resolving both routine and complex inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Play a key role in the successful completion of recurring payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensures full compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Adhere to strict governance and privacy principles, safeguarding sensitive employee data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, reviews, and optimised data structures.

**About YOU**
- Two years of dedicated payroll administration experience.
- Previous experience in high volume payroll is highly desirable.
- Dedicated to providing top-tier support to employees regarding payroll matters.
- Proficient in handling and resolving complex payroll inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle payroll systems is highly desirable.
