**Team Leader**

Part-Time Cleaning Team Leader

At Brighter Choices, we believe in illuminating lives, starting with our team. We're currently seeking experienced individuals to join us as part-time Cleaning Team Leaders in the Hills District. If you have a background in cleaning or customer service and are ready to lead and inspire a team of 1-2 cleaners while sharing our passion for cleanliness and stellar customer service, we'd love to hear from you

**Your Role**:

- Lead and inspire a team of 1-2 cleaners, ensuring every home we touch radiates cleanliness.
- Deliver top-quality, customer-focused services that brighten homes and simplify lives.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, while also mentoring your team to do the same.

**What You'll Need**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or customer service.
- Proven leadership skills.
- National Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Solid references.
- A smartphone or tablet for staying connected.
- Full driving licence and your own set of wheels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
