**About the role**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.
Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities.
Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors
Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values
Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill
**Essential Qualifications & Requirements**:
Based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs
Completed Certificate III in aged care or Individual support or above.
Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.
Current Australian Driver’s license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
