Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Probate Law Clerk or Legal Secretary to work close to home in Ascot Vale. Our client is a
**well established, stable and highly regarded suburban boutique law firm with an exceptionally friendly and supportive team culture.**

Working closely a delightful Principal,
**you'll be responsible for managing**
**Probate files from start to finish** and as such some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- administration and distribution of estates
- preparing Letters of Administration and Supreme Court Documents
- liaising with clients, lawyers and other parties
- file management
- general administration

To secure this exciting opportunity you will have
**previous experience in a**
**similar role and a strong client service approach** together with;
- well developed time management skills
- the ability to handle a large volume of files
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high attention to detail
