**The Role**

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to design and drive IAG’s key supply partner strategy. The role must leverage IAG’s scale and scope to optimise IAG’s Partner Relationships to be mutually beneficial. Key outcomes include building required capacity, deliver brilliant customer experience and provide sustainable cost efficiencies.

The role will capitalise on a deep understanding of emerging local and global trends as well as risks in the Automotive & Property repair industry to drive new products, change existing products vale add services.

**What you’ll be doing**

**Strategic**
- Develop and lead strategic thinking and output sto develop new opportunities and strong partnerships.
- Understand and project the market dynamics to ensure that IAG’s key supply partnerships are future fit.
- Incrementally scan the market and review opportunities that
- have the capability of maximising value for IAG categories.
- Using IAG’s scale and experience, leverage the market place in tactical sourcing activities to ensure that IAG receives the most optimal solutions to meet business needs.

**Delivery**
- Execute the key supply partner strategy, working across ISC, and IAG to enhance existing products and strategies to improve the customer experience in the Automotive and Property repair space
- Develop relationships that will enable the business to shape the external environment to support the long-term strategy
- Ensure all IAG Partner Networks are enabled within the expected regulatory and compliance frameworks- Chair IAG’s Partner Network governance controls for the Portfolio
- Manage process communication to IAG Partner Networks
- Explore and promote value creation, innovation and improved performance through leveraging people and technology

**Risk**
- Implement appropriate governance and risk management controls to ensure compliance to IAG Group policies and risk appetite.
- Ensuring effective risk management processes in the selection and quantum of risk undertaken in the business

**People**
- Drive the development of critical business capabilities to meet the current and emerging demand
- Lead the transition to new business operating model/s
- Demonstrate the IAGWay, through display of our HEART values and behaviours and our Ready for anything mindset.
- Ensure work place safety and well being for our people. Financial authority
- Insurance Supply Chain TCE budget for portfolio.
- Motor & Property project costs.
- Accountability for direct expenditure and salvage income for designated key spend categories.
