**Description**:
Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing. As a result, we are looking for experienced pick and packers to join our food production team based at our facility in Banyo. You will manage the day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Guaranteed 5hrs per day, with the scope to work up to 7.6hrs or 10hrs per day. If you are looking for flexible employment, available to work Monday to Thursday, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and the opportunity to learn new skills then we want to hear from you.
**Shift times**:

- Casual positions
- 12PM shift, Monday to Thursday.

What does our PRODUCTION TEAM do?
- Batching fresh and frozen meals, utilising a pick to light system
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for an extended period of time
- Ensuring accurate products are picked and packed into the correct batches
- Repetitive picking between overhead and knee height

**About you**:

- Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience in food production would be highly regarded
- Able to work in a cold environment set to 4 degrees, possibility of freezer work
- The ability to work within strict food quality standards and guidelines
- Good communication skills and both written/verbal
- Understand the importance of team work with an energetic and flexible approach
- Be reliable and punctual
- Must be physically fit, able to move and lift products up to 15kgs
