This beautiful Kindergarten in **Caringbah** are seeking an **Educator **to join their wonderful team.

This Kindergarten and Preschool has a real **community feel **and is focused on creating a calm and serene environment. The centre takes pride in their outreach with the community, supporting many local initiatives.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia
- 1 years’ experience as an Educator, or in a similar position (desirable)
