**About the Role**
Due to the progression of the current Supervisor to another role within the organisation, a full time, permanent opportunity has become available at our Kadina site. Working 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 2.30pm on Fridays, the focus of this role is to take on the responsibilities of supervising, training, and mentoring supported employees within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train and support employees
- Ensure a high level of safety in all areas
- Monitor and manage quality control
- Ensure production timelines and KPIs are met
- Complete daily checks on machinery and other general housekeeping
- Assist in other areas of the business where required
**About You**
Other skills and qualities include:
- Solid computer skills including the ability to use Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding, patience, and empathy
- General production or manufacturing skills
- An ability to work with people with disability
For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
- Driver’s licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Evidence of FULL vaccination with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine or an acceptable exemption
