**The Role and Opportunity**

We are looking for an empathetic and passionate Job Placement Consultant to join our lovely team.

You will provide the best customer service by understanding the person holistically as we have clients who are in different stages of being ready to move to a new workplace or return to work.

Therefore, as the successful applicant, you will be able to:

- Continue our winning, collaborative & quality-focused team culture of customer service. 
- Understand and implement problem solving actions according to a client’s goals, needs, interests, experience and skills.
- Problem solve and provide tailored approaches to assist our clients with achieving their goals.
- Create and maintain relationships with the community and employers to increase opportunities for our clients.
- Provide tailored cold canvassing services for our clients.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- SIRA Workers Compensation experience  
- A genuine passion in Occupational Health, Occupational Rehabilitation & helping people achieve their goals of return to job Placement /work 
- A "can do" attitude and enthusiastic approach to helping people
- A lifelong learner
- Current Driver's license

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
