**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate all machinery, ensuring production requirements are met.
- Prepare, inspect, and bundle loads for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, adhering to the highest workplace safety standards.
- Conduct pre-start checks on all equipment and machinery before use.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Report any faults or issues to the Supervisor immediately.
- Gain experience in operating overhead gantry cranes.
- Manage and empty scrap bins as needed.
- Conduct weekly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Experience in production processes and quality control.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Background in Reinforcing Steel (desirable but not essential).
- Experience with gantry cranes (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions and safety requirements.
- Organized, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- 澳大利亚 (required)
