Director, Adult and Older Adult Service System

The Director will lead and oversee critical stakeholder engagement across senior government representatives, the health and community services sector to achieve strong collaboration across Government and the sector in key areas of reform. The role will ensure that a systems approach to service design is applied, critical independencies are, identified and managed so that key projects establish a responsive and integrated mental health and wellbeing system which delivers better outcomes for Victorians.
Are you
- An experienced executive leader, confident in leading complex design and planning activities with people with lived experience, CEOs and sector leaders
- Experienced in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across a range of settings including government and health service delivery agencies
- An experienced project manager, able to lead the delivery of complex and innovative programs, using flexible collaborative teams;
- Keen to foster learning, growth and culture change across the Division and the mental Health and AOD sectors
- Skilled in facilitating and leading relationships, engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders around policy and program design and implementation
- Capable of developing strong and effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising participatory design methodology, and evidence-based approach to service design strategies
