Our client is a fast-growing tech company focused on helping large companies build digital workforces and talent pipelines in Australia. They are looking for a graduate who has a passion for helping people. The ideal graduate for the role is someone who has a determined mindset to their selling outcomes and wants to make a positive impact.

- Bachelor’s degree

- Goal-orientated and high accountability and ownership over desired outcomes
- Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
**About the role**:
- Manage outbound leads by calling clients, following up on inbound enquiries or other means of generating interest from potential customers.
- Use relevant approaches that will suit the customers’ needs
- Work collaboratively with the team and to work independently
- Building relationships and assisting client enquiries.
