**How will I help?**

Our Operations Team is seeking Team Members like you You will play an integral role in fostering a cohesive team environment and building strong relationships across different teams within Operations and Westpac. You will actively contribute ideas, share best practices, and collaborate to meet challenges and deliver a great customer experience. Your contribution will help shape a high-performance and customer-centric culture within the organization.

As Operations Team Member, your role will entail:
Action requests from Business Partners and Customers promptly and with enthusiasm, exceeding their expectations.

Contribute to building a customer-centric culture and delivering a superior end-to-end banking process.

Administrative tasks e.g. data entry.

Foster strong relationships across teams, sharing best practices and collaborating to enhance the customer experience.

**What do I need?**

To excel in this role, the following experience is required:
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.

Experience providing administrative support.

Banking and Finance knowledge and experience (Desirable).

Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
