**The Role**

Contribute to the network’s rich storytelling with planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic communications campaigns for a variety of NITV programs (news and current affairs, sport, entertainment, documentaries, and drama)

Working across a number of platforms and providing compelling communications through media in print, online, broadcast, and social media channels.

Reporting into the Publicity Manager within the Marketing team, the role requires broad stakeholder engagement, talent liaison, writing and editing, issues management and event and photoshoot coordination.

**About you**
- Experience planning and executing effective publicity and communications campaigns across a variety of genres and an ability to work on complex campaigns independently.
- An established network of media contacts and a broad general knowledge of SBS and NITV content, as well as a broad understanding of news issues, social themes and television industry trends.
- A highly effective writer and communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills and an ability to coordinate numerous projects simultaneously whilst ensuring timelines are met.
- Experience managing complex issues, events and photographic shoots.
