Situated in Mornington, our client is seeking Personal Care Workers from all levels of experience to provide exceptional care with a supportive care team at one of Victoria's top-end Aged Care facilities.

This facility is a 120-bed, high-care, aged-care residential facility featuring dedicated nursing educators on-site to ensure you develop in your career

**What the role looks like?**
- Residential Aged Care facilities located in Mornington
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
