**The role**:
This role is a **casual position.**

**Snooze Chadstone **is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you can expect approximately 2-3 days per week, which will vary and include regular weekends and public holidays where required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
- Building relationships with our customers
- Driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service

**Skills and experience**:

- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred but not essential
- You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills are a must
- Computer knowledge is beneficial (experience with Pronto an advantage)
- The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
