**A Glance at What You Will Do**
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with polished presentation
- Set trays/tables according to W standards and guest preferences
- Refill and charge minibars following correct procedures
- Communicate with the kitchen about timings, special requests, and dietary needs
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
- Complete opening & closing duties including restocking and setup
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver Whatever/Whenever® service
