Leasing Consultant

Working for a family owned company, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Showing properties to potential tenants;
- Processing the Applications of the prospective tenants;
- Keeping landlords informed about the process of leasing their property;
- Performing pre-vacate inspections;
- Assisting with Reception;
- Preparing and signing a new lease with the successful Applicants;
- Uploading properties on the internet;
- Undertaking study to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent; and
- Assisting the Property Management team as required.

This role involves working three out of every four Saturdays and you will receive a day off during the week in lieu of working the Saturday.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
