Due to continued business growth, **Morley Kia** are looking for a high-performing **New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant** to join our team. You’ll enjoy the thrill of selling both new and used vehicles while reaping uncapped financial rewards in a dealership that values excellence and customer satisfaction.

**The Role**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and meet customer needs through effective product knowledge
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Provide outstanding customer service

**What we’re looking for**:

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Highly personable, articulate, and driven to exceed customer expectations
- Self-motivated and financially ambitious, with a track record of closing deals
- Well-presented, professional, and eager to succeed
- Computer literate with excellent attention to detail
- Availability to work late nights on Wednesdays and half-days on Saturdays
- A valid WA driver’s licence is required
- Salespersons licence is required
