**Remuneration**: $31.10 to $33.94 per hour + Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances + Employee Discounts

**As a Personal Carer, You Will**:

- Support residents in their nightly routines, ensuring dignity and respect
- Promote comfort and safety during overnight hours
- Collaborate with nurses and support teams to ensure continuity of care
- Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety
- Provide emotional support and create a calm, reassuring environment

Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices
Work closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care

**To Excel in This Role, You Will Have**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a similar role in aged care
