We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Workforce Coordinator to manage unplanned and time-sensitive roster changes, ensuring our teams are always ready to deliver exceptional services.

**About the Role**

As an Emergency Workforce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in addressing urgent roster gaps caused by sickness, emergency leave, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your ability to act swiftly, problem-solve effectively, and communicate clearly will ensure seamless workforce coverage during critical times.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, values people, and is motivated to support a high-performing team in challenging situations.

Full Time and Part Time Opportunities available, must be able to start at 6am

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate urgent roster changes due to unplanned absences.
- Liaise with team leaders, managers, and staff to ensure timely coverage of critical shifts.
- Maintain a sick call pool of staff to address immediate workforce needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders during emergencies.
- Contribute to improving processes and tools for emergency workforce coordination.
