Principal Consultant

**As Principal Consultant you will**:
- Liaise and collaborate with Agency Partners and internal stakeholders regarding management of new business opportunities, campaigns, disaster responses, improvements, and change requests
- Develop service proposals for clients for new business or change requests that establish Agency Partner requirements and customer service objectives
- Coordinate and manage the design and implementation of solutions for the entire service/project life cycle utilising project methodology
- Establish and facilitate relationships between internal branches, Agency Partners, and third-party service providers, to enable the delivery of the service
- Monitor, review, and report on performance of our individual department's services through analysis of processes and strong relationship management skills.
- Lead post implementation and ongoing reviews to ensure an enhanced customer experience for the delivery of our client agencies services.
- Understand the Customer and Digital Group Customer Strategy and initiatives to ensure our service design and delivery aligns with the direction and objectives.
- Provide advice to the Client Engagement and Experience Manager regarding solution progress, risks, opportunities, organisational capability, and service delivery issues
- Maintain professional knowledge and share information with others to develop self and others, and to support the consistent and ongoing delivery of Smart Service Queensland service/solutions for clients.
