Hourly Rate: $33.53 - $41.30 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

We’re looking for passionate and reliable Casual Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. Whether you’re looking for extra hours or prefer the flexibility of casual work, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Support the team with room routines, programming, and daily transitions- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues- Be available to work flexible shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday- Step in when needed to maintain continuity of care- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe environment

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards it)- Working with Children Check (Employee)- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate- A passion for early learning and ability to adapt quickly to new environments- Previous experience in an early learning setting (preferred)
