ACAP University College is seeking a dedicated and highly organised **Clinics Administrator** to support the smooth, ethical, and client-focused operation of our multidisciplinary clinics. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clinic services are accessible, efficient, and aligned with both clinical and academic standards.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience working in a university psychology or multidisciplinary clinic or similar educational training facility.

Strong administrative skills and ability to resolve day-to-day issues in a complex and fast moving environment, with multiple priorities.

Ability to problem solve, think critically and lead the use of clinic management systems and practice software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capacity to build effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Working toward or hold relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, counselling, criminology or a related field.
