Maxima, in partnership with the City of Onkaparinga, is looking for a hands-on individual to undertake a fulltime traineeship within Horticulture.

This 3-year traineeship will offer you industry experience, allowing you to get your hands dirty and work outdoors, all whilst studying towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Horticulture.**
**Our team of dedicated consultants are committed to helping individuals find their passion and develop skills in this area to build a sustainable career. No matter the level of confidence or experience you have, Maxima is here to help your transition and support you in every way possible.

**Duties Include**:

- Garden and grounds maintenance
- Mulch, prune, pot, and water plants
- Use of garden tools and machinery
- Brush cutting and mowing
- Pest and weed control
- Install irrigation pipes and watering systems

**What do you need?**
- Driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual work
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Committed to learning and hardworking
- Can work within team environments and independently
