As an Disability Support Worker you will be required to care for participants in helping with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping, sleep shifts and transport to appointments. This includes visiting clients on a regular basis in their own home to provide one on one card.

**About You**:

- **Must be available active nights, afternoon and morning shifts and some sleepover shifts**:

- **Must have some Autism experience (on job training available)**:

- NDIS Worker Check
- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children
- A valid Drivers Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge and/or experience following positive behavior support plans
- Clear communication skills
- Be resilient and adaptable
- Committed to providing exceptional quality care to clients
