- Service Hours: 7am - 9am, 1.45pm - 6.15pm, Monday - Friday, plus weekly administration hours.

- Providing outstanding experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Implementing the planning cycle to deliver premier program experiences.
- Manage compliance and medical documentation.
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community.
- Support and mentor your team of educators to support the service and community.
- Be open, caring, and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
