This role will suit someone with strong technical skills and a good understanding of compliance like the ADG. **Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the studio's high-quality design and client service reputation
- Deliver high-quality projects
- Develop project specific details that maintain design intent
- Coordinate with various consultants and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Be involved in internal reviews of big design decisions

**Skills and Experience**
- Developed experience delivering Housing projects
- Excellent construction knowledge and project delivery experience
- Outstanding communication, visual, and written skills
- ArchiCAD preferred but not necessary
- Good working experience in multi-residential codes/compliance
- Proven time management skills and a strong work ethic
