Drake International is a global HR Solutions Business Partner, working with a variety of clients, offering specialist and tailor made solutions to assist in the development and growth of business through their employees - improving productivity, performance and profit.
This challenging role requires an individual who has the following to add to the team:
- Previous recruitment experience within the blue & white collar sector would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - assisting in developing both internal and external relationships.
- Strong time management and organisational skills - able to work under a pressurised and fast paced environment and multi-task
- Highly computer literate and ability to learn new systems.
- Team player who is focused on working in a team environment delivering the end result and achieving.
- Leverage your valuable skillset to secure new employer clients in need of staffing and HR services.
- Forge powerful relationships with key decision makers within client accounts, and deliver unrivalled customer service to keep their business moving forward
- Assess any risks at client sites in accordance with the provincial health & safety regulations
- Previous Account Management and/or Business Development experience would be advantageous
