**Working hours: Full Time hours - Flexible start/ finish times**

**Pay rate: $35-40 p/h**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Location: Bibra Lake - onsite parking**

**The Role**

Proactively drive sales growth through existing customers and develop new sales opportunities. Provide internal support around the onboarding of new customers and new work process. Administrative support as required to support the sales process.

Some of the key responsibilities across these roles include but are not limited to:

- Provide all round administration support to the Sales Manager
- Engage and manage exsisting customer database to strengthen relationships
- Engage and manage lead leads to grow new business
- Support the onboarding of new customers, the new work process, quoting, artwork etc.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers
- Compile reporting on budgets/ revenues
- Complete background research on customer accounts
- Assist with all relevant administration
- Attend sales meetings and support the administration of these meetings ie minutes

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or customer service team environment
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Proven experience developing relationships with client/customers
- Solid planning and organisation skills
- Excellent phone manner and written communications
- Positive and enthusiastic manner
- Computer literacy including MS Suite of products
