**About the Role**:
As **Swim School Manager**, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the swim school—leading a small, highly skilled team and delivering top-tier programming. Your role includes:

- ** Program Oversight**: Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of swim lessons from infants to squad level.
- ** Team Leadership**: Inspire and develop a team of swim instructors, ensuring high morale and instructional excellence.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and the broader community.
- ** Business Development**: Grow the swim school through innovation, community outreach, and service promotion.
- ** Financial Performance**: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report results to senior management.
- ** Facility Operations**: Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across the centre.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all safety, child protection, and internal policy requirements.

**About You**:
You're a results-driven leader who brings both professionalism and passion to the role. You have a strong customer focus, a love for aquatic education, and the ability to empower your team to achieve shared goals. Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in swim school or program management
- A strong track record in team leadership and people development
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to juggle priorities, problem-solve, and lead under pressure
- A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to community impact

**Required Qualifications**:

- Swim Water Safety Teaching
- Current First Aid, CPR & Pool Lifeguard
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Pool Plant Operator
